2013 Registration Information
National Propane Gas Association members receive discounted registration rates for the 2013 Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo. Member rates apply to full-time employees of NPGA member companies whose dues are current at the time of registration. If your company is not a current member of NPGA, your registration will be processed at the non-member rate. Registration includes admittance to the exhibit hall. The Full Registration and Weekend Packages also include admittance to the Welcome Reception on Saturday, April 13, 2013. All registrants may attend the PERC Update and Opening General Session on Saturday, April 13, 2013. Individuals registering for the single day pass or Expo Only on Sunday or Monday will be admitted to the exhibit hall for the specific day only. Participants registered at the Full Registration Package may attend all training sessions. Participants registered at the Weekend Registration Package may attend training sessions on Saturday and Sunday. Participants registering for a single day pass on Sunday or Monday may only attend the training sessions for the specific registration day. The Expo Only Pass includes access to the Fast-Track Sessions held in the exhibit hall but does not include the trainingl sessions held in meeting rooms.
Register by Friday, April 5, 2013 to receive the discounted registration rates. Registration forms must be submitted with full payment by this deadline to qualify for the discounted rates. Advance registration will close on Friday, April 5, 2013. After this date, individuals must register on-site during the hours listed below.
Three Ways to Register
Registration for the 2013 Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo will open in January 2013. NPGA Members may register online, by fax or mail. Registering online is quick, easy and efficient! Online registration requires credit card payment. If paying by check, the registration form may be downloaded and submitted with a check by mail.
The 2013 Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo Registration Center will be located in Building A of the Georgia World Congress Center. The Registration Center will be open during the hours listed below.
Saturday, April 13, 2013 8:00am – 7:00pm
Sunday, April 14, 2013 7:30am – 5:00pm
Monday, April 15, 2013 7:30am – 2:00pm
Participants are required to wear official name badges for admittance to the exhibit hall and educational sessions. Admittance to the exhibit hall and educational sessions will be prohibited to individuals not wearing a name badge. Participants may pick-up name badges at the Registration Center during the hours listed above. IMPORTANT NOTE: Individuals registering for the single day passes and Expo Only must pick-up their badge on the day they are registered and these passes will not be issued in advance.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the National Propane Gas Association. Cancellations received by April 5, 2013 will receive a full refund. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations received after April 5, 2013 or for “No Shows”. Canceled registrations may be transferred to individuals within the same company, upon written request received by April 5, 2013. Cancellations due to family or medical emergencies must be submitted in writing by April 30, 2013. Cancellation refunds will be processed by check, regardless of original payment method. All refund checks will be issued post-convention by April 30, 2013. Refunds will be mailed directly to the individual registrant to the address provided on the registration form.
Individuals registering online will be emailed an instant confirmation. Confirmations for registrations submitted by fax or mail will be issued 7 – 10 business days after receipt.
Non-exhibiting suppliers must register at the following rates: Members at $495 for the first registrant/$225 each additional registrant or Non-Member at $950 for the first registrant/$425 each additional registrant. This policy has been implemented to uphold the integrity of the show and to prevent non-exhibiting suppliers from soliciting attendees without securing a booth. Non-exhibiting suppliers are prohibited from selling products and services or distributing items on the show floor. Non-exhibiting suppliers soliciting on the show floor will be escorted from the exhibit hall and badge credentials will be forfeited for the duration of the tradeshow.
Spouses and children must register and have an official badge to access the exhibit hall. There is a $50 registration fee for spouses. If spouses are attending as employees of a company, the spouse rate does not apply and they must register at the applicable registration rate as an attendee.
Children must register and have an official badge to access the exhibit hall. Child registrations are complimentary. The parent or legal guardian of children under the age of 18 years will be required to sign a Child Liability Waiver prior to receiving an official name badge for the child. Children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times. The educational sessions are primarily an adult environment and participants are discouraged from bringing children into the sessions. Children are not permitted in the exhibit hall during exhibitor move-in or move-out.
