Hotel Reservations:
Please note that there are new housing procedures in place for the 2013 Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo. The National Propane Gas Association has selected EventSphere as the official housing provider for the 2013 event. Rather than contact the hotels directly, participants will reserve hotel accommodations online or through a toll-free number. The National Propane Gas Association's goal for partnering with EventSphere is to provide enhanced customer service to our attendees and exhibitors.  EventSphere utilizes “Passkey” technology which is the most recognized group reservation system in the housing industry. Participants will now be able to search hotel availability and compare rates in one convenient location. Once the reservation is booked, participants can quickly and efficiently change and cancel reservations online.

SPECIAL ALERT: EventSphere is the official housing services provider for the 2013 Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo. In past years, NPGA has received reports from participants who have been contacted by unauthorized third-party housing agencies which are not affiliated with NPGA. Unfortunately, there have been instances when these unauthorized companies provide false hotel confirmation numbers to unsuspecting guests who are later turned away from the hotel because they do not have a legitimate reservation. NPGA strongly recommends that participants only reserve housing accommodations through EventSphere. Please contact meetings@npga.org if you receive a solicitation from an unaffiliated third party or if you have any questions about housing procedures.

Hotel Cancellation Policy:
Participants are required to provide a credit card when booking accommodations to confirm a hotel reservation. The hotel will charge the credit card a deposit for the first night room and tax. Please note the cancellation policy when booking your reservation as deposits are subject to forfeit if rooms are not canceled by the cancellation date. Please reserve only the number of rooms you need for the time you expect to stay. When an excessive number of rooms are reserved and later canceled, this prevents other participants from reserving accommodations within the group block.

Company Blocks:
If you require a block of ten or more rooms, please contact Kim Parnell, Manager- Operatioins for EventSphere at 678-704-8725 or Kim.Parnell@eventsphere.com.

Airport Information:
Hartsfield International Airport (Airport Code: ATL) is the major airport serving Atlanta. Taxi cab fare from Hartsfield International Airport to downtown Atlanta is approximately $35.

Shuttle Service:
Continuous shuttle service between the headquarters hotels and the Georgia World Congress Center will operate during official show hours. The Omni CNN Center is located adjacent to the Georgia World Congress Center and will not be serviced by shuttles. Shuttle hours will be posted in the hotel lobbies.
