Non-Members: Attendee Registration

Online registration for non-members is only available to non-exhibiting suppliers.  All other categories must complete a registration form for the National Propane Gas Association (NPGA) to approve. Please review the categories listed below and select the appropriate rates when completing the registration form.

Marketers
Marketers are classified as a company that sells propane to customers. Marketers who are not current members of NPGA are eligible for the non-member Full, Weekend, Single Day and Single Expo Express registration rates. Non-member marketers must submit a registration form via fax, email or mail.

Suppliers
Suppliers are classified as any company that manufactures, produces, sells, distributes, represents or provides propane-related products and services.  Non-exhibiting suppliers who are not members of NPGA must register at the rate of $950 for the first registrant and $425 for each additional registrant. Non-exhibiting suppliers are not eligible to receive the Marketer registration rates noted above. This policy has been implemented to uphold the integrity of the show and to prevent non-exhibiting suppliers from soliciting attendees without securing a booth. Non-exhibiting suppliers are prohibited from selling products and services or distributing items on the show floor.

NPGA Membership
NPGA members receive discounted registration rates for the Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo. If your company is interested in receiving membership discounts, please contact NPGA’s Membership Department at 202-466-7200 ext. 331 or email membership@npga.org to receive information on joining the association.

Prospective Exhibitors
NPGA offers a limited number of passes on Monday during the final hour of the tradeshow to companies who are interested in previewing the exhibit hall for future years.  These passes are only available to companies who have not previously exhibited at the Southeastern Convention & International Propane Expo.
